Device capacity is the number you can manage, including separately purchased hardware. The monthly AI allowance is shared by review drafts and other AI tools. Usage varies with each request.
Competitor comparisons use the ratings and review counts you enter. Public review destinations remain separate from this dashboard data.

Subscribers pay 25% less on a 3-month plan and 50% less on a 12-month plan. The price never depends on quantity.

What is included in each plan?
Every plan includes NFC hardware, a public review option for every rating, custom survey questions, your own review-page branding, and the dashboard with analytics and a staff leaderboard. Pro adds private feedback, on-demand AI insights, basic competitor tracking and two-way issue communication. Business adds fresh weekly AI intelligence, AI competitor comparisons, proactive anomaly alerts, automated reports and advanced issue accountability. The comparison table lists the main plan limits. Device capacity is separate from the included physical hardware.
Why choose Pro instead of Starter?
Starter collects reviews and shows you the activity. Pro helps you understand the feedback: generated AI summaries explain recurring topics, private feedback lets customers also tell you directly, and you can follow up to 3 nearby competitors.
When will my hardware ship?
After your first successful payment, to an address in Hungary.
What is the difference between a 3-month and a 12-month term?
A 3-month plan renews every 3 months at the same price. A 12-month plan includes more hardware and costs up to 25% less overall; it renews for another 12 months unless you cancel.
Can I pay a 12-month term quarterly?
Yes. Pay in 4 payments, in 2 payments (10% off) or in one payment (25% off).
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard: you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current period, and the new features start once that payment succeeds. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current term.
What happens to the included hardware when I upgrade?
You receive the difference between your old and new plan's hardware, shipped after the upgrade payment succeeds. For example, Starter to Pro on a 12-month term adds 1 stand and 2 stickers.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops the renewal. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and your data is kept. Afterwards your account continues on the Free features.
What happens if my card is declined?
We email you, and the payment is retried automatically. Your paid features stay on for 7 days while you update your card; after that the account moves to the Free features until the payment succeeds. Your data is kept.
Can I buy extra stands and stickers?
Yes. Subscribers pay 25% less on a 3-month plan and 50% less on a 12-month plan, at checkout or later from the dashboard. Anyone can also buy at the standard price in the shop.
