Is QuickyTap software or an NFC product?
Both work together. The subscription gives your business feedback tools, analytics and plan-specific software features. Stands and stickers give customers a simple way to open the experience. You can also buy hardware separately in the shop.
Are custom surveys included in Starter?
Yes. Custom survey questions are available on every plan. Pro adds on-demand AI insights, basic competitor tracking and private feedback alongside the public review link. Business adds fresh weekly intelligence, proactive alerts and advanced issue accountability.
How much hardware is included?
For 3 months: Starter: 1 stand; Pro: 1 stand and 2 stickers; Business: 1 stand and 5 stickers. For 12 months: Starter: 1 stand and 3 stickers; Pro: 2 stands and 5 stickers; Business: 2 stands and 10 stickers. Supported device capacity is a separate limit: 5, 15, 50 respectively.
Does QuickyTap publish reviews or guarantee results?
No. Customers can use an AI-assisted draft based on their own answers, then edit it and choose whether to publish it themselves. Every rating keeps access to the public review option. Analytics measure the feedback journey, not confirmed public posts or guaranteed business growth.
Can I see the software before choosing?
Yes. The product tour animates real QuickyTap workflows with clearly labelled simulated data. Original app captures are also available. The plan comparison explains which features and usage limits apply to each subscription.
