Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuickyTap, operated by Awwad Karam Awwad Ibrahim e.v., Péterfy Sándor utca, Budapest, Hungary (tax number 62767136) (“QuickyTap”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

QuickyTap helps businesses collect customer reviews. Customers tap an NFC card or scan a QR code, answer a few quick questions, and our system generates a review draft they can edit and choose to post to a third-party review platform (such as Google, Tripadvisor, or GetYourGuide).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the service. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

3. Acceptable use & genuine reviews

QuickyTap must be used to collect genuine feedback from real customers about their actual experience. You agree that you will not:

• Incentivise, require, or condition reviews in a way that violates the policies of the review platform.
• Create fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews, or reviews from people who were not real customers.
• Filter or suppress reviews in violation of a platform’s review-gating rules.
• Misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party review platform you send customers to. The generated text is a draft; the customer chooses whether and what to post.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Fees are charged in the stated currency and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), which may be added.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Free plans

Free plans are provided as-is and may have usage limits or be modified or discontinued. We may also offer complimentary access at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

QuickyTap and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. Review content generated for your customers is theirs to use; data you enter remains yours.

7. Third-party platforms

QuickyTap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide, or any other review platform. Those platforms’ trademarks belong to their respective owners, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using QuickyTap will produce any particular number of reviews, ratings, or business results, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickyTap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends; some provisions survive by their nature.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified to account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
